Melissa Suzanne George is an actress businesswoman inventor and model who hails from Australia. Following her start within her homeland, she eventually moved to Hollywood and found great results there. A native of the city of Perth George was at first interested in dance and creative roller skating. She began her modeling career at the age of teen and was awarded the title of Western Australia's Teenager Model for the year in the year 1992. The following year, she made an appearance on the screen in an episode of the soap opera on Seven Network called Home and Away. She had her big-screen debut in the crime thriller Dark City and essayed various parts in supporting roles on projects such as Alias The Limey and Down with Love prior to making her debut as the female lead on one of the major Hollywood production in the 2005 remake of The Amityville Horror. She is currently one of the top Hollywood stars and Australian expatriates. As an entrepreneur George has brought her personal product Style Snaps into the market.
